I don't think you have to. If you think it's done then it's done, you don't have to mark it. Art always has to do with a process in which one develops further.
Don't worry so much and just draw whatever you want and whenever you want, that's the best way to get better. At least that's my opinion.
I understand that you have doubts and that is pretty normal. These doubts arise for most people. I think your art is good and I think you should keep drawing
